Wake up with a Sunday morning attitude..
Whisk up some hot coffee n read through a crisp paper at the window where the warm sun blesses me for the day ahead…
Then rush to be on time for work….
The tiffin packing of course is of utmost importance in my house…
Its more of a fascination may be coz I belonged to a boarding school so dint get a chance to carry a tiffin then..

Once the attendance at office is done loiter around like a jobless human..
Go to the 5th floor n say hi to friends, gossip, laugh, wish them a good day ,leave a smile and be back..
Not to forget ,on my way back greet the Lottery Agency’s watchman on the 4th floor with a beaming ear to ear smile..
As though hez gonna pick a 15 crore lottery ONLY for me if he ever gets a chance (I wish it were that simple! )…

Finally fill fresh water ,mind you! Its gotta be to the brim of the bottle..
Who has the time to waste, on errands to the Water Dispenser after all Its gonna be a busy day…
Nevertheless I’m also ready to fill a few more bottles…
Giving an idea that I’m being xtreeeeemely courteous though it only means killing time…

Rearrange the calendar,bottle,books,pin-ups and creatives in a different angle at my desk, a new design each day…Can be called object art…
You never know, the manager might pass by and give me a job of Interior designing if no other , seeing my creative instincts..(Though I would truly love it !)
Click the ‘Get Mails’ icon hmmmm i guess a zillion times to assure, that if a mail is in the pipeline it rushes panting n puffing…
After all I’m the only one on bench around here so i should get all mails first…Birthright !

Music of course gives an eternal high n is extra informative…Its like an extended breakfast at work…

Ya you guessed right by now its Lunch time n i suddenly feel I haven’t eaten for over a week…
I needn’t mention the amount consumed finally n that you shouldn’t be asking also !
At the lunch table theres lots of intellectual talk about varied projects, clients, growth plans,aspirations,learnings n cribbing about deadlines…
I wonder why these people on projects don’t realise that food is a great healer n they must indulge at priority in food, the rest can follow…
Anyways Lunch of course is a blessing, 2 hrs gone waiting ,eating and digesting it…

Ahhhhhhhhhhh perrrrrrrfect,you guessed it, after Lunch Mr Sleeeeeeeeeep righteously hypnotises my eyes..
Forcing my eyes to get a glimpse of the beautiful stars n keeping the light from the monitor screen at ‘Touch-me-not’ distance…

Neha RISE you’re in office so behave !! Wake up and do something constructive…
This inner VOG (Voice of Guilt), it always speaks when its NOT-SUPPOSED-TO or when its NOT-SPOKEN-TO… ( Hey my initials !! NST ^2)
Not once but umpteen times VOG’s not let me listen to my heart…COMPLETELY UNFAIR !!!

I read the latest on software testing (at last mainly to pamper my VOG) and some blogs of interest…
Observe some extra busy aliens and some not so busy humans….
Give n receive few long distance calls, to far off lands where loved ones reside..
A few minutes are stolen for a flash of sweet memories and that ofcourse makes me grin to salvation..
A thought JUST enough to light the rest of the day and give me a reason to lead a twinkling living…
Thank God the thought of loved ones has not become a long lost affair…(Eyes up towards the sky and still bowing down in prayer!)

Hey Girl Pack up ! Its time to leave for home sweet home…
The days grocery shopping, clothes from the laundry, expecting some mails in the postbox…
Then a brisk walk alone so ,a lot of time to play hide n seek with my mind n heart…
Sometimes the mind wins n sometimes the heart…But mostly its ME…Hey its your den Neha!! (Oh I though I won so I can hide now…Ok whatever !)

The day ends with a warm wash,steamy hot dinner and a heartfelt bedtime prayer…
I lie quietly in bed when finally Mr sleeeeeeeep gets to win and encircle me in its cozy dreamy starry world…
Only to know that the sun will gratefully shower his blessings through another thoughtful day…
A day when I’m busy doing nothing and not so busy gathering thoughts for myself, to myself and with myself…

The feeling is so strong….

Eyes get numb and prayers last longer…
Will keep those eyes pressed hard in prayer, wishing only if  he could share…

If she lets the light touch those marshy teary eyes…
The tears will trickle till the night light dies…

The words are half eaten…
The intensity will get beaten…

If  you mutter the broken unpolished words…
They bring feelings and leave endless glares…

The prayer she thought would awaken almighty…
And bring to life all smiles so rightly..

If  thee would hear each heartfelt prayer…
She thought for some it would be so unfair…

Practicality for sure does not kill the feeling…
Its the feeling that lingers till lifes last dealings…
 
Its this feeling so strong that will live life long…

Some happenings are so weird…. Some just so vague…. My mind’s running in umpteen directions….

Is destiny planned or do I frame it….. If I knew the path was wrong what made me trudge through it…

If things were meant to be then why do WE regret them….

If we take life as it comes why does it mock on us every now and then…

What was that in ‘Chak De India’ that left hair standing but only for those 3 hours…

If I was you I wouldn’t do this, then why don’t YOU JUST BE ME…….

Who is that perfect person, when is that perfect timing….. If not now then why are my thoughts running…

Somebody said we shape our future, then why isn’t it perfect to the core?

If things cannot change then why don’t I take a careful step… Has it been just a step or a GIANT LEAP !!

A word can change my life I thought, so I spoke many….It changed many other lives…

The list goes on, and there’s only a single answer …….
U EITHER LIVE BY IT OR CRIB THROUGH IT , it’s certainly not going to change !!

THATS LIFE !!

Not once, not twice but a zillion times…. A zillion times we see an ambulance crossing us on the road..

I don’t understand why some of us are so inhuman. WE JUST CANT WAIT FOR IT TO PASS! There are people overtaking it ,coming in its way and even making it wait till they , thee ALMIGHTY can grandly pass.

Can’t we realize that there might be someone taking his or her last breath in that ambulance?What difference will those five minutes make for you and me living happily?? TRULY NOTHING!! BUT every second is important for a person dying in it…

Please people learn to be human, the idea is: Kindly wait and let an ambulance pass freely before the person in it is declared dead due to one of us !!

Some day, one of us may be in that passing ambulance and people would not wait…Next time you hear an ambulance calling, please realise its calling for LIFE and does not just mean a siren afar!!

I TELL YOU IT WONT COST A THING BUT WILL DEFINITELY BUY EVERYTHING (Atleast a Life for another) !!!
